Cancellation Policy
Clients have 10 weeks from Foundational Session to complete the Foundational Session and up to 4 additional sessions. Any sessions not completed in this time frame will be void. If a session needs to be canceled, please provide 24 hours advance notice. Failure to provide 24 hours notice to cancel, or if the client is a no-show to the scheduled appointment, a charge of up to 50% of the session cost may be accrued. Please be kind and considerate towards your coach. Plans and sessions are not transferable or refundable in part or in full after the first regular session has been completed.
